Where the magic lives

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of being accepted into the Walt Disney World Cultural Rep. Program. This is what Hospitality is all about.
Walt Disney once wrote- "you can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world, but it takes people to make the dream a reality".
An inspirational quote for those of us in the field.....promising news for someone who really knew what he was talking about.
Now, years after his death, Walt's dream continues to live. The promise to create a place where kids and adults could come and be as one.

People could certainly learn a thing or two from this company that has withstood the tests of time. They have done some incredible things in the industry, they have failed, but they have always come back stronger than ever. With cast members like these and so many hundreds of thousands around the world (last count Walt Disney World alone using over 65,000 people) magic can certainly happen when you love what you do.
