Welcome

Welcome to the beginning of our journey. Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Tracey and I have a passion for Hospitality. I have been in the industry, literally since I was a young girl and never recognized it till recently. You see, my grandparents owned a very popular restaurant in Ontario for many years. People would come from far and wide to visit. Tantalizing food, incredible service and friendly faces made the joint something extra special. That's where my story begins. My family spent years turning customers moments into memories. As it turns out, I was witness to it my entire youth. I was wondering around talking to guests when I was still in diapers.
Fast forward to High School, my guidance counsellors would ask: "Tracey, what do you want to be when you grow up?".......and I have continued to ask myself that question daily even now in my.....well let's just say I'm certainly NOT in High School any longer. ;)
The definition of Hospitality in the Oxford Dictionary is as follows: " the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors or strangers." Ultimately I am an Entertainer. One who takes care of others.
